Mike Stoner
Mike has been in auto sales management for 20 years. He's worked as an F&I Manager, Desk Manager, New Car Sales Manager and he was at his most recent employer for over nine years, the last 5 of which he was the General Sales Manager for Pierre Auto Centers. Mike established policies and sales procedures and managed 200 plus sales department employees. Pierre Auto Centers is the largest and most profitable privately held auto group in Washington State. During his tenure with this organization they grew and added additional stores. He was responsible for the sales departments in each of the stores, simultaneously.
Included in the group were three Blue Oval Certified Ford stores (2 of them President's Award winning) and one 5 Star Dodge store. Three Ford stores were added to the group while Mike was there and each became highly profitable under his leadership. Mike is the developer of "The Shopper Stopper" and "Profit Trak Plus", two powerful programs designed to make dealerships more profitable and sales employees accountable. Mike is a car guy that is goal oriented and consistently produces volume, gross and high CSI scores. He's a trainer, motivator and exceptional leader.
