In August of 2002, Frank Smith Toyota, in McAllen, TX received recognition from Gulf States Toyota distributorship for a best ever sales volume of 126 new Toyotas sold.

Once this level was reached they fell back to their normal sales level, averaging 100 new Toyotas per month.

And then, The Shopper Stopper process was implemented in their store in mid-February of 2003. In March they set a new volume record with 163 new Toyotas sold.
Just 2 months later in May of 2003 they set another record. Beating the August 2002 record by 51 units. This was getting to be a habit.

Then in August of 2003 they set yet another record.
Just over one year after installation of The Shopper Stopper new vehicle sales volume had increased substantially. They have maintained that level of volume, retailing over 2000 new Toyotas per year and in the process becoming the number 1 volume dealership in the Rio Grande Valley.
